1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Capitalised terms not defined elsewhere in this document carry the meaning assigned to them below.

"Platform" / "bbk666"

"Player" / "User" / "You"

"Funds" / "Balance"

The monetary credit held within a Player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit as separately governed by the Bonus Policy.

"Bonus Credit"

"KYC"

"Restricted Activity"

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bbk666 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents form the complete legal agreement between you and bbk666.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2.1 Electronic Agreement

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your electronic acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable law.

2.2 Updates to These Terms

bbk666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect 14 days after notification unless a shorter period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bbk666, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 years or older as at the date of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person in connection with your Account activity.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by bbk666 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bbk666 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by bbk666.

3.1 Age Verification

bbk666 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified, bbk666 may, at its discretion, suspend withdrawal access or place temporary restrictions on Account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi government authority.

3.2 Underage Accounts

Where bbk666 determines, at any point, that a Player is or was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent activity, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed. All real-money funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Player will be forfeited in full. bbk666 may report such instances to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the bbk666 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Restricted Activity under Section 9.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify bbk666 promptly of any change to your registered details by updating your Account profile or contacting the support team.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bbk666 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your Account Security Settings. Any activity conducted via your Account while logged in — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access through your negligence — is deemed to be your activity and you remain fully responsible for all resulting transactions.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bbk666 will request completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is completed to bbk666's satisfaction.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via Live Chat. bbk666 will process Account closure requests within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Credit balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile money transfer confirmation. bbk666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on your bbk666 Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and fishing game activity on the bbk666 Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant game lobby or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting

Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. bbk666 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the market has been suspended, or where the outcome of the event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be turned over in eligible real-money bets before the bonus credit and any bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Credit and associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, bbk666 reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and in serious cases suspend or permanently close the Account.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bbk666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available within your Account Settings and their use is strongly encouraged where appropriate.

8.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Betting access pauses automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net balance change. Active by default; frequency is configurable but the feature cannot be disabled entirely.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.2 Player Obligations

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbk666 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false or third-party identity information; submitting fraudulent KYC documents; impersonating another person.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or placing wagers while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 18.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-format games.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error to generate winnings. Winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal their origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to your bbk666 Account. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent Account closure and recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Abuse of Support Staff: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward any member of the bbk666 support team via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbk666 Platform — including but not limited to the bbk666 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the property of bbk666 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bbk666.

Game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property belonging to third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the property of their respective owners. bbk666 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbk666 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to losses from sports bets, casino games, or other wagering products.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond bbk666's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Loss of Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain secure login credentials or failure to enable two-factor authentication.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the Player's payment provider, banking institution, or mobile financial service operator.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bbk666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments and Termination

bbk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Players via registered email and/or a Platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is necessitated by legal, regulatory, or security requirements.

12.1 Platform Changes

bbk666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform — including specific games, payment methods, promotional programmes, or features — at any time and without prior notice. bbk666 will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services.

12.2 Account Termination by bbk666

bbk666 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In the event of termination for legitimate breach, outstanding real-money balances (after deduction of any Bonus Credit and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the originating payment method subject to KYC completion.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which bbk666 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through bbk666's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bbk666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bbk666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
